Cleveland Browns Signing Jake Delhomme

Delhomme got a deal with the Browns that gives him about $1 mill. for every 3 interceptions he threw in his UGLY 09' season.
Derek Anderson was not worth keeping & Brady Quinn was never given the role as a starter with any confidence in Cleveland, but how the Hell is Delhomme or a 3rd string QB from seattle, going to IMPROVE this positon? Any of the Eagles 3 QB's were available, Donovan McNabb, Kevin Kolb &
Micheal Vick.
I like KOLB outta the 3.

A= Better QB's & B= Cheaper QB's
In the NFL available & yet you get Delhomme & a 3rd Stringer from Seattle.
